My work has centered on solving business and technology problems across enterprise environments—particularly SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, reporting, data and operational process improvement.

I bring a business-first perspective to technical work: understand the real requirement, find the source of the problem, and choose a solution that people can actually operate and maintain.

That experience is complemented by a long-standing hands-on background in electronics, automation, testing and invention. It is useful when a problem crosses the boundary between software, process and physical technology.
